She saw a sign at the end of her street;
'Please park your car on the odd side today.
Vehicles will be towed that don't comply.
At 3:00, the snow plow will be making way.
So she went out and got her car reparked,
Then the next day, a new sign was put there.
'Park on the even side' the new sign said.
Not doing so was more than she would dare.
The following day, a third sign appeared:
"Snow plowing will take place again today,"
But further instruction did not appear.
She was confused by what it didn't say.
So she asked her husband what she should do
For the plow after the next snow barrage.
"They didn't tell us what side to park on."
He said, "Then just leave it in the garage."
