About Us

Zion Senior Cottages residence is a privately owned community that was developed under the Federal Affordable Housing Tax Credit Program. We are monitored by both the Federal Government and by the Illinois Housing Authority, to insure that our rents will remain "affordable" by state guidelines for at least 30 years.

We feel that Zion Senior Cottages, designed for seniors 62 and over, is one of the best senior tax credit communities in the entire country. Please compare our rents and amenities to other communities in the area.
